Please ask for late departure times or early arrivals, we will do our best to make this easier for your needs.

Accessibility
As this is a bungalow it is great for elderly people with minimal steps only 3 to property and is a very flat area and surrounding streets etc are flat.

Outside
There is a garden area with barbecue, pool table, table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing in the sun. The pool is private and heated, pool size is 4m x 6m and the depth is 1m to 1.8m

Coast/Beach
Long stretches of beaches 3 mins walk from villa. The nearest beach is Los Pocillos, this stretches to Matagorda with promenades taking you to the airport (you can see the planes land and take off from here the closeness is amazing) and towards Playa Honda.

Golf
Superb new golf course in Puerto del Carmen 10 min away for keen golfers. We work with ‘Lanzarote4Golf’ for group bookings and individual bookings please ask Paula. There are fantastic competitions arranged and prizes for golf lovers. This new course is a must see for all golfers.

Special interest holidays
The location is ideal for keen walkers, or cyclists. The beautiful promenades along Puerto del Carmen sea front are excellent and stretches towards Old town of Puerto del Carmen and towards Matagorda and Playa Honda in the other direction. Fanastic villa position for keen runners.

Check in is 3pm, check out is 11am unless otherwise agreed.

Travel
10 min drive to Arrecife Airport. 3 min walk to beach. 3 min walk to shops, restaurants & local amenities.

Distances
The nearest complex is Costa Mar where you will find the local supermarket and restaurants (Mucky Duck) for English breakfast, shops and small amusement arcade (for kids). Matagorda is 10-15 mins walk along the stunning sea & beach fronts. Puerto del Carmen new town 15 mins walk and Old Town Puerto del Carmen 40 mins walk along the coast road.

This bungalow is the street directly behind the main road therefore close to the main street but far enough for a quiet holiday.

Fun Times at Villa Amina! We spent the last 2 weeks of Aug in Villa Amina and honestly couldn't fault it. Wendy had the place spotless for our arrival and the same half way through our stay. It was our first time in Lanzarote, having rented villas for years in mainland Spain, however this is the first one that we instantly agreed we'd try to rebook next year. Initial booking with Jonathan went smoothly and he was always on hand to answer our 'Lanzarote-newbie' questions (very quickly... and patiently!). Wendy was also very helpful upon our arrival (and always happy to answer our random texts throughout our stay), giving us several handy hints as we were well out of our comfort zone this year! As many other reviews have stated, the villa has everything you could need, lots of UK/US TV satellite channels, drawers full of games andd books, and even a couple of inflatables and a ball for the pool. And of course the 'other' pool was a great bonus which we played (badly) every day. Although only 10 mins walk to the start of the 'main' Strip, Villa Amina is set in a very quiet location, yet also only a few mins away from La Avenida (a great restaurant on the seafront) and some smaller supermarkets. And when you need 'the big shop' a 5 min taxi journey takes you to the large Mercadona at the other end of The Strip. We ordered several taxis during our stay and EVERY one arrived within about 2 mins of hanging up. We also pre-booked one for the return trip to the airport and this too was bang on time. All in all we had a great time at Villa Amina, lovely property and people, and we would highly recommend it - you will not be disappointed! Already looking at dates for 2025!! Great well equipped villa for a relaxing break. Great villa, well equipped and handy for Puerto del Carmen and Matagorda, Wendy was very helpful when we arrived and Jonathan made booking very easy. Supermarket and beach at end of road and walk into main town on the flat, but taxis easy to get. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location and Villa Just returned from 2 weeks in the lovely Villa Amina. It is located on a fairly quiet road between the main Puerto Del Carmen strip and Los Pocillos. 5 min walk to a supermarket and bars/restaurants not much further. The Villa was clean and spacious with all you would need. Nicely furnished lounge and kitchen area with a modern tv. The pool was a good size for a 2 bed villa and cleaned twice a week. Wendy was great and changed bedding/cleaned half way through. Booking was easy and professional with Jonathan. Would love to come back, especially if there was a Nespresso machine (but that is literally the only thing we could come up that wasn't provided, so not bad at all!)

Simply divine! An amazing piece of paradise in a perfect location! Perfectly situated to enjoy all the nearby bars, restaurants and beaches on foot. Villa Amina ticks every box! Another fabulous stay at Villa Amina Another fantastic stay at Villa Amina for 2 weeks winter sun. Great location, spacious property with fabulous outside space. Wendy was fabulous as usual, even getting shopping in for our arrival and cleaning to her high standards half way through. Quick and easy response with Jonathan. Hopefully booking again in March 2024. Fully recommend this villa, good value and near to supermarket, promenade and restaurants.

Absolute gem of a villa My husband and two daughters (aged 6 years and 8 years old) have just come home from a weeks stay in Villa Amina. Great location and all the amemities one could ask for onsite. Spacious and clean we couldnt fault it. Pool was fab! We had no issue with booking this and any dealings we had with Jonathan and Wendy was very efficent and professional. Will definitely be back next year.

Fabulous villa!! We have done villa holidays for a few years now and this certainly didnt disappoint! Everything you could ask for and more. Clean on arrival and Wendy came out to change bedding and clean half way through our 2 week stay. Pool area great, good size, comfy sunbeds and pool cleaner friendly and came twice a week. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Also a walk along the beach to the airport will not disappoint!!! Hotel across the road, coaches coming past but didnt disturb us much. Dont take the security warnings lightly, lots of break ins in the area but if you follow the advice and keep everything valuable in the safe or hidden and doors and windows locked you will be fine. Brilliant villa and will be recommending to friends and family (I would say we would return but we like to go somewhere different every year).

Fabulous Villa We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa it has everything that you possibly want, could not fault anything. Close to amenities. Would definitely like to return. Jonathan was so easy to get hold off should you have any problems. Pool cleaner came out twice a week was a friendly guy. Can’t think of anything negative to say.Lovely holiday

Home from Home The villa is located a short walk from the main road that skirts Los Pocillos Beach. There is a supermarket and restaurant less than 5 minutes away and Puerto Del Carmen, with its many shops and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk. The villa has everything you would want in a home from home. Can't think of anything that was missing. The outside space and the (heated) pool are first class. We would definitely stay here again.
